Microsoft Store historically served as a showroom to try before buying, but didn’t encourage customers to truly engage with the products or brand. This approach changed in 2016 when our client asked Rational to develop a team that could deliver immersive and informative in-store experiences that would grow brand love and ultimately increase revenue.
