Our team noticed this gap and proposed a Managed Service team with built-in delivery management, cost savings and consistent work across projects.
Rational managed the transition of people and responsibilities, ensuring no delays in production, while creating a new flexible video content engine. Our solution now creates over 70 video projects per quarter at one third of the previous cost.
The Rational Content Studio has re-produced this optimization model within three separate groups at Microsoft, producing a range of case study, event, social, commercial, and internal videos across teams.
